For cutting:
We exclusively use an industrial steel rule die cut machine that is manually rolled.
I am very familiar with the Cricut Explore Air 2 machine, but I do not own a Cricut Maker so we have never experimented with any electronic cutting machines on this fabric. We do have customers who use electronic cutting machines but I don't have any first hand experience or guidance for which machine/blade/settings work best.
We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your machine to inquire about which blade/settings are best for these fabrics.

Ordering a bunch of colors:
We are happy to help if you have a large list of colors you're ordering. If it's easier for you to list the colors and send them over, we can create a custom listing for you. Please let us know.
Color matching:
I am happy to help you match colors to a photo you may have, as best I can. Obviously colors vary so widely that it's tough to get a 100% match. Our photos are taken in a photo box so we do our best to show the truest color, but if you are working in a dark room or in different lighting the colors will look differently than they appear in our shop. *Also some device screens show colors slightly differently as you may have seen in the past. Please keep this in mind.

We do our very best to ship all orders out within 24-48 business hours from when orders are placed. Shipping times that follow are going to be effective once the package has left our facility:
FIRST CLASS (standard)- United States 3-7 business days / Canada 1-2 weeks / International 1-4 weeks
PRIORITY MAIL 2-3 Day (upgrade at checkout)- United States only 2-3 business days (not guaranteed by USPS but usually arrives in this time frame)
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS 1-2 Day (upgrade at checkout)- United States only 1-2 business days (guaranteed by USPS)

We rely on USPS status updates to know where packages are located once shipped. If your package is stuck in between us and your location, you can file a "find missing mail" claim on USPS.com.
In the event a package is marked "delivered" by USPS, but you cannot find it, please follow these simple instructions: Call your local post office (not the 800 number, but your local post office where your carrier is stationed) They will be able to give you detailed information on exactly where the package was left. This is the best way to track down your item(s). We have no information beyond the same tracking info that we can see on USPS.com and Etsy. Thank you!

We offer local pick up at our Gilbert, Arizona warehouse. Pick up hours are M-F 9am-2pm.
