Custom hand painted wooden ornaments

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance and I want you to know that I will do whatever I can to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with your purchase.

I try to be as accurate with the photos, descriptions and capture colors (all colors can be seen on my "about" page) and detail measurements as best as possible. When in doubt please contact me, as colors can vary depending on your monitor.

I will accept returns and or exchanges on stock items within 7 days of receipt, for the purchase price less shipping costs. If by chance I made a mistake with your order the shipping costs will be refunded. So please make sure you are accurate with your sizing requirements.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging box with a *delivery confirmation receipt*. I can only refund upon the return of merchandise and am not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please contact me either through direct email or through the Etsy "Convo" system to resolve any issues or request a refund and make arrangements for return or exchange. Please know that I will strive to find a solution to any issue that might arise.

A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refunds are processed through PayPal the same way you purchased your order. If you used PayPal using your credit card or debit card, your refund will go back on the card used to process your order.

DOMESTIC US SHIPMENTS

Since each item is custom made, depending on the item(s) ordered please allow within 1-5 business days for item to be shipped.

I ship via the United States Postal Service first class mail with a delivery confirmation for shipments.

All shipments are made to the address listed on your Paypal/Etsy account. PLEASE make sure they are correct and up to date. If you would like your package shipped to a different address, please add that address to your Paypal/Esty account first.

As a seller I try and get your packages off as quickly as possible in most cases the same or next day. As a seller I am not responsible for shipping delays by USPS or by a third party.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Since each item is custom made, depending on the item(s) ordered please allow within 1-5 business days for item to be shipped.

Shipping is through the United States Postal Service, First Class International Mail Service.

The customs form number will only let you know that it has left the US and no further tracking is available. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks so please be patient. If you need a faster level of service please contact me to revise the listing for you and give you different shipping options.

Your item will come in an organza drawstring bag and ships in a waterproof padded bubble mailer envelope.

•Do not pull on jewelry as it may stretch or bend the wire over time.
•Always remove your rings and fine jewelry before using any product that contains bleach.
•Never use toothpaste or other abrasives to clean metal or stones.
•Do not wear jewelry during bath, shower or hair washing.
•Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent rubbing.
•Put jewelry on last, after usage of hairsprays, lotions, make-up, etc.
•Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom.
