Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time it takes for me to ship physical items varies, so please check the individual listing for more information. Custom made items required additional prep time, but generally all items ship within 1-2 weeks. Many ship much sooner.
Yes, as long as you return the item to me within 14 days of your receipt (at your expense) and the item is not damaged in any way, you may exchange it for the exact same item in a different size.
Some of my items ship directly from the printing location. If you purchase a t-shirt and a bracelet, for example, the shirt will ship from the printer and the bracelet will ship directly from me. This does NOT impact the amount you pay for shipping on your order.
While I do not offer returns, I am committed to you loving your purchase. If something doesn't meet your expectations, I am committed to doing all I can to find a solution because it's very important to me that you're delighted with everything you buy from my shop.
Yes! Many of the items in my shop can be customized or personalized. If you have a question, please contact me!
First, check your shipping confirmation to make sure you entered the correct shipping address. If the address was incorrect, though I'm happy to send you another order to the correct address, IT WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE.

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery and I will work to make it right for you!
