PROOFS/APPROVAL-TURNAROUND TIME There are a big handful of posters that I offer that if you choose a certain color combo then no proofs will be sent. (Vet/History/Principal/Forensics and many more)

Proofs are most generally sent within 24 hours of your order. During our busy Christmas season and during club volleyball season when we are gone on the weekends, that time can be extended.

Proofs are sent through Etsy messages. You can always log in to your Etsy account and view the messages there.

I have a very short processing time – so your “ship by” date comes up pretty fast.

If we arrive at your ship by date and you haven’t gotten back to me regarding your proof, I will choose and get it headed your way.

SHIPPING - We get all of our work done very quickly and also ship fast – but I am unable to guarantee an item will arrive by a certain date. The arrival dates on the listings are Etsy’s ESTIMATED date of arrival, not guaranteed.

During the busy season of Christmas - I would recommend upgrading to priority shipping.   There can still be delays with priority, but the USPS Ground Advantage that I offer can have longer delays.

Packaging - We place the posters in a protective poly tubing sleeve and they are shipped in a capped heavy-duty cardboard tube. (the 5x7’s are placed in a stay flat mailer)
