Miniature oil lamp with Moss Rose pattern. Genie oil lamp marked Japan is a great addition to your bedroom. Non electric lamp probably dates to 1940s-50s. It is perfect size for your vanity or nightstand.
It is in great condition; no chips or cracks. The gold trim is still intact; the rose design is still in good condition; only one tiny scratch on one of the leaves on the back near the bottom of the lamp.
It was used so there is some rusting near the burner. It measures 7 ½” tall and 5 ¼” wide from handle to handle. It definitely brings back memories of Grandma’s house.
