INFORMATION NEEDED:
Upon checkout, please include all your event details in the “notes” box located below your item. DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE FILES.

- Wedding date and location (venue, city, state)

Invitation:
- Names of the couple
- Wedding date and time
- Wedding location (venue, address, city, state, zip)

RSVP:
- Respond by date

Detail Card:
- Any extra information you need
- Sections can be changed (reception, website, #hashtags, etc.)

PERSONALIZE MY ORDER OPTION: This option is for adding personalization or any other requested changes to this existing design. Personalization are considered any customized changes that require a major change to original design including some (not all) alterations in color, fonts, wording, and design size. Not all request are subject to the additional fee, so please contact seller before purchasing. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU DID NOT DISCUSS THIS WITH THE SELLER FIRST TO ENSURE YOUR REQUEST CAN BE COMPLETED. Please include any pre-discussed custom request in the “notes” box with your full order.

RUSH ORDER (48 Hours): NEW! Need your order quicker? The current turn around for most orders (excluding custom orders) is approximately 1 week. Orders are processed on Fridays and Sundays ONLY. However, I understand many may need them a lot sooner due to various reasons including printing. Rush order is now available to receive first proofs within 48 hours with revision available in 24 hours. This is subject to change for emergency purposes.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your design option(s) and add to cart.

2. Go to your cart, and provide your event details in the “notes” box located below your item (SEE ABOVE FOR INFORMATION NEEDED).

3: Proceed to checkout and place order.

Once payment is accepted, you will receive proofs within 1-2 weeks of your purchase (custom orders may be subject to change). Proofs are sent in PDF format via e-mail. Please, allow up to 24 hours between revisions. If files are error-free, all proofs are print-ready.

DIGITAL PRINTABLES
All designs are high-quality printable PDF files, featuring text customized for your special day! A printable file is an affordable way to buy custom wedding invitations, without the high-end price! Print at home, online, or take to your local printer. Print as many as you like, whether your wedding is an intimate or extravagant affair!

PLACING ORDERS ON HOLD
You are welcome to purchase packages/items at any time and receive each item as the information becomes available. Just provide any event details you have to start the process, and contact me again when you are ready. Take as little or as much as you need. There is no time limit. As of February 23, 2021, orders that remain held with no contact from the buyer are automatically considered complete without a refund after 365 days of purchase (exceptions may vary).

PRINTING
The following information is included in the instructions with your digital files:

Designs should be printed on white paper; linen or felt weave paper are both greatly recommended, or talk to your local printer. There are a number of great online printing companies as well including Vista Prints, Shutterfly, Minted, or Staples. Some online printers require documents without the included crops and bleed markings, so if you decide to use one of these websites, please contact me so that I can reformat your files.

NO RETURN POLICY
Because the items sold in this store are digital files, there is a strict no refund policy after the first proofs are sent. First proofs are sent within 3-5 business days of the purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Your purchase constitutes an agreement to these terms.

COPYRIGHT
The digital files provided are for personal use, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. This does not include use that results in financial gain of any nature. Your purchase releases the seller from any obligation to maintain copies of any files or designs after the event date provided. We will store copies of files and designs for revisions up to the date of the event provided at the time of purchase. Any change to the event date that may extend this agreement must be given prior to the expiration of the original event date. We may revoke this license at any time and for any reason.

DISCLAIMER (Updated 02.23.2021)
Please be aware that paper variations and inks can change the look and color of the design from that onscreen. So, I always recommend asking your printer for proof before ordering large quantities. If you notice ANY changes in color, please, contact me. I will make the necessary adjustments for no additional cost. I am invested in you getting the best prints possible, and getting your money's worth!
