Looking at rhe reviews, You'll see a few people complaining this hat was too small. While it is a bit snug, the description says the hat is able to be stretched. I stretched mine a bit and it fit perfectly!! Its also adjustable. The fabric feels amd looks good, though nothing fancy. The hat looks similar to pictured, though not that much fabric to flop it like the very 1st picture. More like the others. Anyways it took a whike to ship from India, which is understandable. The packaging was pretty flimsy, but the product isn't that fragile. Overall good beret, though if you have a larger head or want it floppies I'd suggest to keep looking
