Who's Helen Keller?

Gallup identified Helen Keller as one of the most widely admired people of the 20th century. Keller became deaf and blind when she was less than 2 years old; however, with the help of her teacher Anne Sullivan, Keller became the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition to becoming a writer, later in life Keller became a political activist and was a strong advocate for women's suffrage and workers' rights.

This colorful cmyk design features an image of Keller in the foreground in yellow set against a cold concrete background. Keller's name appears in magenta as well as in cyan (braille along the bottom). Keller's words stress the importance of vision.
