UNIQUE horned toad accent vase for your home decor. Rough pottery vase is chocolate brown with a raised horned toad climbing its side. Two openings at top of vase for dried flowers/grasses/feathers. One of my favourite finds and I can guarantee you won't find such a piece often.

A kind etsy viewer has taken the time to let me know that this piece is actually a Navajo wedding vase, probably made by Elizabeth (Betty) Manygoats, an artist from the Dine' Nation..I have modified the listing to reflect this additional information, and want offer my appreciation for that information.

Initials BMG on bottom of piece indicate it is indeed a piece from this talented Native American artist.
Yucca type design is carved into the back.

This piece is special to me, because I used to catch horned toads as a kid-my dad would only let us keep them until sundown.

Absolute MUST for the person seeking unique decorative items with value as a collective artwork. Her work is now featured in the Smithsonian.

Height is 8 inches.
Excellent condition, with rough exterior and one teeny flaw on lip.
