The panot can be found on the pavement of most of the sidewalks of the city. It represents the geometric drawing of a flower, specifically a rose and was inspired by the design (early 20th century) of the great Catalan modernist architect Puig i Cadafalch to pave the garages at the entrance of Casa Amatller on Passeig de Gràcia .
