Anything under 15 oz ships First Class or Ground and delivery is between 7 to 10 business days (US) and up to 12 weeks (International).

We are not able to track outside of the US with First Class, only on Priority. I will always recommend using PRIORITY or GLOBAL EXPRESS for these reasons. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me. Your package is out of my control once it leaves the US.

If tracking through Etsy and USPS states that your package has been delivered but cannot be located, you must check with your LOCAL post office and ask for a GPS locator for your package. USPS can tell you exactly where it was delivered. At that time, If your package is considered missing, lost, or stolen, I will need a copy of the USPS GPS report to file a claim. No exceptions.

I cannot take individual photos of the stones offered in group listings. Often, some stones have already been sold and these photos are examples of what you will receive. If I am able, I will photograph individual stones available for sale and you will have 24 hours to make a selection and purchase before item is returned for sale.

Group listings are kept affordable for you as I do not spend the time on photographing each piece individually. Please contact me with any questions BEFORE placing your order. If I am able, I will take a photo of available stock. Unfortunately, during the Covid and holidays, I cannot accommodate individual photo requests.

Yes and no. Etsy is very accurate at estimating how much shipping will cost to your destination (this varies based on the "zones" into which USPS has broken up the United States shipping areas).

Please remember that crystals and minerals are heavy and their weight adds up very quickly. If you place multiple orders, please know that if I cannot remember to combine ship, you will be charged. IF I see multiple orders for you, and I am able, I will ship together and notify you. Please put all of your items into ONE ORDER if consolidating shipping charges is important to you.

Absolutely NO refunding of excess shipping charges is available for multiple orders placed during the holidays.

If there is an error that was made by Soulstice, please msg me as soon as possible. We are only human and do everything possible to make sure you receive exactly what was promised.

IF for any reason your order did not come as purchased, OR THERE IS SHIPPPING and HANDLING DAMAGES, please keep all shipping materials including box and package contents then you MUST send a picture of the DAMAGE to receive credit or a refund. If pictures cannot be provided, we cannot replace or refund your items. We need this info to file shipping claims. No exceptions.

We ship all orders over $35 for free, via USPS Ground, and tax is NOT included in this Etsy promotion. You may upgrade to USPS Priority, at your cost, if you'd like. USPS Ground delivers in 5 to 7 business days and Priority delivers in 2 to 3 business days.

Please don't ask if I will ship an item in your cart for Free if the cart is not at or over #35 :) Sadly, the answer will be no.
