Description

This is a a cute set from the Funtime Series of 1956, for Ginny dolls. Included are the blue and white cotton pique swimsuit, with matching white beach jacket. The jacket is trimmed in the same polka dot fabric as the swimsuit. Swimsuit is halter style and both ties are intact. The legholes are trimmed with the cutest tiny rick rack I've ever seen. The jacket is tagged with the Vogue Dolls, Medford, Mass. tag. Also included are the original wooden beach pail with handle (handle not shown in photos, but it's there) and the plastic beach hat. The pail is marked "Ginny" in red letters across the front. The hat has the original elastic. There is a small dent in the plastic in front. The dent does shape out correctly with some pressure, but the dent returns -- this may be more permanently fixed by the right person, or leave it as. I have not tried to wash this set.

I ship patterns in plastic sleeves with a cardboard insert, to protect them from the elements, and the USPS. As a part of my attempts to live as environmentally friendly as possible, your paypal receipt will serve as your invoice. I do not accept returns on patterns. Please realize that vintage patterns have survived for years, but as they are paper goods, they may show signs of wear such as tears, creases, foxing, or stains. I do my best to represent patterns as accurately as possible. Please do feel free to email me with questions.
