Mary Magdalene Pilgrimage #3 - 2019
Dates: July 31 - August 6, 2019

This $500 non-refundable DEPOSIT is payment towards the Saint Mary Magdalene Novena Pilgrimage which will take place in the South of France from July 31st to August 6th 2019. The extra $5.50 is to pay for the colorful itinerary brochure that will be mailed to you once you have submitted your deposit.

Mary Magdalene and her companions sailed from Palestine to Gaul in 47AD. We will visit the towns where Mary Magdalene and her friends lived, preached and died. We will visit the Basilica of Saint Mary Magdalene in St Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume where her relics were discovered in 1279. We will also visit the towns of Cotignac & Bessillion, where in 1519 (500 years ago!) there was an apparition of the Blessed Mother. This August is the 500th Anniversary of Apparition of Our Lady of Graces in Cotignac. And in 1660 there was an apparition of St Joseph in Bessillon. And we will walk up the mountain to the Cave of La Sainte-Baume (the Cave of Mary Magdalene) where we will attend Mass in the Cave.

The dates of the Pilgrimage are July 31 - August 6, 2019 beginning at Marseille Airport on Wednesday, July 31st (in the morning) and ending at Marseille Airport on Tuesday, August 6th (in the morning). You must fly from your home airport on Tuesday, July 30th in order to arrive in Marseille on Wednesday, July 31st (in the morning).

DAY 1 - St Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume & Apt
DAY 2 - Tarascon & Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer
DAY 3 - Marseille
DAY 4 - La Sainte-Baume - the Cave of Mary Magdalene
DAY 5 - St Maximin-la-Sainte Baume, Cotignac & Bessillon
DAY 6 - Aix-en-Provence

6 nights at Hotel de France in St Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume

This Saint Mary Magdalene Novena Pilgrimage is being offered to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pilgrims on a FIRST TO RESERVE BASIS. We will be traveling in a 7-seater SUV.

Cost of the pilgrimage varies according to how many sign up to participate as follows:
4 pilgrims = $2,800 each
5 and 6 pilgrims = $2,550 each

Prices are for double occupancy
There is the possibility of single occupancy at an additional fee of $250
