My long-awaited seahorse tutorial is done!

This lesson will show you how to make a 3-dimensional (two-sided), wire wrapped seahorse pendant. This advanced tutorial requires small, fiddly work and the ability to find some measurements by trial and error. You will need to be familiar with basic wire wrapping and herringbone weave. The tutorial includes templates for 2 different sizes of seahorse.

Required Tools:
Flush cutter
Round nose pliers
Needle nose pliers
Hammer and hard, flat surface (for flattening the frame)
Large pin or pearl knotting tool
(for opening spaces for the wire to pass through.)

Materials:
1 ft. 18ga. round wire
5-6 ft. 28ga round soft wire
Seed beads in two or more contrasting colors
1 pear briolette (for dorsal fin)
