Choose this option to add a custom quilt square to your quilt.

*Mosaic Quilt options will have the name on a block of it's own, positioned towards the middle of the quilt unless you request otherwise.

*Standard quilt squares can either: have a square of it's own (must send in one less shirt then the squares in the quilt. For example if you order a 16 square quilt and want the name on it's own square, you will send in 15 shirts). OR you can have a name added to a shirt. If you choose this option, please let me know or label the shirt if you have a specific shirt you would like the name added to.

Some fonts may be priced differently due to the extra details needed.

Colors listed in the drop down menu are general. I will evaluate the shirts and quilt to decide on a shade that will look the best with your quilt :)
