The words are a paraphrase of Nietzsche's idea of philosophizing with a hammer: "hold the hammer calmly, and take a loving swing; the false idols will shatter, and the honest ones will ring."

The idea is that you should challenge and question the people and things that are important to you in life, and never just assume that everything they do is right. (we think that's pretty important!)

The image is about 3.5 by 3.5 inches, the fabric is about 5x5. Printed by hand on repurposed fabric.
