This was a very easy pattern and came out beautiful. It's for my great granddaughter's "birthday". Just because.

Super easy. Made in a little over an hour. Can't wait to get my photographer to take pics

I modified the hat pattern just slightly to have more of a hang in back because my grandma really wanted that style hat and I made the rim around the head a bit wider so I could sew pearls on it. She loves it and she gets compliments all of the time. My only complaint is about the scarf. I had to go back and change that too because it is very strange to create a fringe pattern where each row begins uncontinuous and you leave a fringe at each end. It is much cleaner and prettier to not put fringe on the initial rows and do it all together at the end so they are all together.

Easy to follow written pattern. My flag blanket came out perfect!
