If stains occur, moisten the stain with wool detergent and let it work for a few minutes before washing the garment using wool or hand-washing program. 5. If you contacted me on time and I agree to help you, please note that 50% of the cost of the product is non-refundable in order to partially cover the cost of materials. I love my pink fuzzy soft hat. I always receive complements when I wear it. It just gives me a lovely glow: both the colour and texture is so flattering. It is perfectly made too, a very special hat.
