Human hair dreadlocks in the color black to turquoise / green
We guarantee a dreamlike and even transition of the two colors :-)
(The dreads in the second photo were for a customer who wanted extra long tips, your tips won't be that long.)
Thickness can be selected at the top
The lengths refer to the entire dread incl. open tip.
Other lengths and thicknesses on request (an extra charge may apply).
(Any decoration and jewellery in the pictures can be ordered separately and are not part of the purchase price.)
Of course, we always try to display the colors as realistically as possible - despite all efforts, the colors may be displayed slightly differently depending on your monitor/mobile phone. If you have any concerns, just ask, then we will find the right one together. Since our dreads are made of 100% human hair, they are also excellent for over/continuing colouring or sounding.
The dreads are made especially for you with a lot of love and the utmost care by hand. For lower/other quantities just write to us, then you will get an individual offer.
If you want to add jewellery directly, please bring our surprise box with you, you will also find it in our shop! <3 For decoration or wrapping with yarn as you can see on some pictures we have a separate offer on the shop homepage, which you can book with us.
We have collected some information for you in the following FAQ - there you will find answers to common questions. If your questions are not answered with this, we will of course be at your side with advice and deeds! <3
Can I color/bleach your dreads?
All our dreads are 100% colorable with traditional colorations and tints. However, we generally advise against bleaching and cannot give any guarantee for the result. We also advise against cheap drugstore paints. Instead, prefer to use colors from the hairdresser's needs or plant hair colors.
Do the dreads have to be crocheted, if so how often?
Basically, the less crochet, the less broken the hair. Too hectic/false or frequent crocheting destroys many hairs in the dread and may be responsible for breaking off. If you crochet then do this carefully, do not simply "rip" around in the dread, and do it sparingly (after every washing, for example, is absolutely not necessary). We recommend a crochet needle as thin as possible - 0.6 is ideal, 0.5 is also fine. The thinner the needle, the longer it takes, the more sustainable and firm the result.
Where does your hair come from?
We buy hair from different sources, however (except in exceptional cases when a color is not available, e.g., which is very rare) exclusively from retailers, hairdressers and sellers with whom we have been working for years and whom we trust. In addition, we sometimes buy hair from private individuals and/or from friendly dreaders. Of course, we don't give exact sources, so it doesn't make sense to ask ourselves about it ;) However, we pay great attention to fair conditions of origin and quality.
Do you also sell loose hair/ cut hair?
Unfortunately no - we live from dreaden, therefore no hair sale.
I don't have dreads myself - how do I fix your dreads?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, or only very cumbersome. Our dreads are made to be crocheted to existing dreads, they cannot be attached to loose hair. Double Ended Dreads or Single Ended with loop are made of human hair a very elaborate and expensive undertaking, so this is not offered.
Are your colors permanent?
We only use permanent colorations, both for natural colors as well as for colorful and ombré dreads (untreated European hair is of course untreated as indicated). You lose a maximum of some excess color pigments during the first wash, but otherwise remain. (However, long and frequent sunlight, plenty of salt water/shampoo or aggressive deep cleansing can make the colors fade.)
I'm in a hurry - is it possible to edit faster?
Basically: yes, it's also faster. But since we don't want to let anyone wait that longer (you wouldn't like that either) that means weekend work for us. Please understand that we charge a surcharge for this. But please clarify this with us before ordering.
A word about thickness
We crochet our dreads comparatively tightly, so it is not possible to reach 1-2 cm in diameter for this price, unless we tope more, but they lose length (write to us if you want to). In order to achieve a much thicker diameter, you also need much more hair. Caucasian human hair is the most valuable hair on the market and has a proud price even for us in purchasing, so please understand that we have to charge an extra fee for thicker dreads.
A word to my American friends
I'm saying this especially to my American friends because there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding and unrealistic expectations from there that we see nowhere else. We do not work with Afro, Brasilian or Asian Hair because first this kind of hair is often of bad quality because it has been treated with wrong products by manufacturers and second we make sure that the dreads have the same structure and development as caucasian hair because obviously you want the extensions to blend in without being noticed. The pricing for european/caucasian hair is a whole different level than what is sold as extensions in afro shops etc.,it is the most valuable hair in the world, MEANING you will NOT get super fat sharpie sized dreads or 1 meter long locs for that price. We had this case many times with American customers, we put lots of time, effort and material into making tons of dreads from high quality hair and then they demand a refund because they "expected differently". Please be realistic about thickness and get informed about the type of hair we are using. We give measurements on all our product pages, please read carefully, all our dreads are made exactly as described. So keep in mind that almost no one with caucasian hair will have a head full of 50 or more sharpie sized dreads from the beginning, the diameter sold by us is the absolute standard size for caucasian beginner dreads and they will fit on to 90% of new dreadheads. So we tend to crochet them rather tight and thoroughly, they will get thicker over time just like all other dreads do.
