This vendor was amazing. Worked with me on placement of pictures and changing some after the first, second and third sample was sent to me electronically. Only this many samples because I wanted to switch some pictures. Very easy to work with and flexible!! Just received the frame and just looks beautiful on my wall. Where do I start. The vendor made everything so seemless. I presented this as a gift to my grandmother because she suffers from dementia and forgets her family members. I was able to add her children, grands, great grands and even great great grands. The vendor was very helpful and understanding when I forgot to add some family members, duplicated other, and changing the position of some people. The vendor was understanding and helped me with the changes I requested perfectly. My grandmother loved it. She cried happy tears seeing the family she brought forth. The quality is that of an actual canvas. I am so thankful I’d couldn’t have been more perfect.
