You can design any mat you like with that listing! you can also reference another mat from our shop for customization through the “custom doormat” listing. Our policy states that we don’t accept cancellations, because every doormat is created after the order is received. We do not hold inventory of ready to ship doormats.

Often, we begin creating doormats within minutes of receiving the order. This is how we keep our processing time short, but makes cancellations problematic.

Yes! Once the Custom Doormat Listing has been purchased, I design a proof for you to look over. You will have the opportunity to make any changes you'd like before approving the design for creation.

All packages are tracked and insured, and a claim will need to be filed through USPS if the package is lost. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned over to USPS. If the package is stolen after it's been delivered, you'll need to provide a police report in order to receive a 50% discount on a replacement.

If the tracking information stops moving at any point, you will need to call your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to help you locate your package. NTWD only sees what the customer sees on tracking information. We are not provided any additional information.

Our doormats are made with natural coconut fibers. They are not all the same. Each one is one of a kind. They all have bits of husk here and there and each contain their own imperfections that make them unique. Because They are natural, they do shed, but this is completely normal.

Sweep, shake or vacuum. The mats do shed, they are made of natural fibers and this is completely normal. It is recommended to keep your Doormat in a covered area. Like any normal doormat, when exposed to various weather conditions + cleaning shoes, your mat will deteriorate eventually. How long that takes, depends on its exposure and use.

If your mat gets wet, hang to dry. This will allow all water to escape.

Our standard doormats are 30”X18” and are .5” high.

Our skinny mats are 6”X30” .5 high.

Our half mats are 9”X30” and .5” high.

Our dog mats are 10x18” and .5” high.

Our processing time varies based on seasons, holidays and many other factors. We always post our current processing time in the Shop Announcement at the top of our Etsy page as well as in the item description of every listing.

The processing time is the time that it takes to create, package and ship your order. The processing time does not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your item.
