FAQs

My pleasure! If you’re buying multiple items and your shipping is ridiculously high, fear not; that happens because Etsy is assuming I’ll ship each item in a separate box. After you place your order, I will promptly get you a more accurate shipping quote and refund you the difference. In fact, I refund ALL shipping overages. Last but not least, I ALWAYS ship with insurance because you just never know.
Probably not. Vintage items come with their own fair share of scratches and nicks and scuffs—after all, they’ve been loved before. I try to describe all imperfections in my listings and rank items Excellent (almost flawless), Good (typical vintage wear and tear), or Fair (lots of flaws but the item is still too cool not to show you). I don’t sell anything that’s in terrible shape and I certainly don’t sell anything I wouldn’t proudly display in my home.
MY HEART, TOO! I absolutely hate it when items break and it tears a hole into my very soul. Unfortunately, the post office can be extraordinarily rough on items, and sometimes fragile vintage items don’t make it. If this happens to you, send me a note and a photo of the broken item still in its packaging. I will start an insurance claim for you and refund you the entire cost of the item—don’t worry! The only thing I can’t refund is shipping. Of course, I make every attempt to pack items safely and securely so we don’t have to deal with this, like, ever.
Great! Contact me for a discount on any large orders, and let me know if you’re looking for a lot of one thing—I’m always happy to hunt down awesome slightly mismatched collections for customers.
