Orders will ship by USPS First Class, Priority or Express base on the shipping fee received. All package will have tracking number and emailed within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for missing package once it says DELIVERED.
Please check your mails, ask your family member, check your
Neighbours and your USPS Mail Carrier or contact your local Post Office, with the tracking number found on your e-mail. In the busiest time of the years, USPS may not updated the tracking number right away, please give sometimes and check again later. Please understand, we send the package A.S.A.P, but how long you will received is depend on how the USPS handling the delivery.

Please make sure you have the right address on the PayPal account or Etsy account, the incorrect address will delayed the package or will be send back to us.
You can either wait for its return and pay to reship or reorder again with correct address and we will refund less shipping fee on the other return.

Customer using Credit Card will be shipped to the address filled in the Etsy account.

We cannot track the package after left from Chicago, Illinois, USA to destination country. Your package may take a while to get there possibly 3-8 weeks depending on your country Postal Service, may be delayed by Customs processing.

We have received a couple bad feedback from international buyers and it isn't due to our fault but to their Postal carrier. International packages may incur fees, duties, taxes and or charges by your countries Customs. These charges are not included in the listing price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt. We disclose the value of the order on the customs forms.

Our Pewters is Zinc Alloy, it's not resin nor pressed plastic.
Some people may familiar with Pewter and to avoid misunderstanding we suggest to search for the information in Wikipedia or any other Search Engine.
Silver color Pewter works just like Sterling Silver, it can be clean, it won't get rusty. We carry lead free Pewter only. The cheapest metal that safe for jewelry, unless for those who allergy to any non precious metal.

Unfortunately, not all Pewter are made to be Nickel free (including higher quality metal, Sterling Silver). It may need Nickel to hardened it. Lead free or unleaded content in Jewelry required by the law (please, check California Proposition 65 for lead content in Jewelry).
I do not have proof of Nickel free for my products, so if you concern about it, just use your personal judgement, whether you want to use Pewter or not.

IMPORTANT NOTICE,
Any GOLD-PLATED not suitable for everyday jewelry. It will wear off or faded away from continuously contact to body or Sulphuric acid. It will safe to wear occasionally. We will not refund for any fades away gold for the reason above.
Some Blank Pewter Tag not recommend for engraving or stamp. If you do, its in your own risk. We will not received exchange or refund on any item that damaged from any misused.
