In general, trauma can be defined as a psychological, emotional response to an event or an experience that is deeply distressing or disturbing.
When we think of trauma, we generally think of the big stuff, like war, accidents, natural disasters, rape, sexual abuse, etc. Hence these are aptly categorized as Big-T traumas. Big-T traumas are generally extraordinary and intense events, or experiences that can be threatening to life, or bodily integrity.
Small-t traumas on the other hand, are more ordinary events that exceed our capacity to cope and affect our emotional functioning. These could be parental/caregiver abuse, bullying, divorce, infidelity, etc. We often don’t view these events as traumatic, but they can cause significant distress and dysfunction. #AllTraumaMatters.

►My Mission◄
My mission is to create engaging, mental health related artwork that can either be used as visual psycho-education aides by therapists, counselors and coaches, or as inspirational reminders of your own healing journey.
►Printing Process ◄
Can be printed on any paper size, though the image quality may degrade a bit, if the paper size is greater than 12" x 12". The final printing of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or card stock that you choose.
Please keep in mind that colors on a monitor may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display on viewing device to another due to the color calibration of your device or monitor. For the most visually stunning final results, I recommend printing the pages using high-quality paper, such as card stock.
