-Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for any designs in which you approved the final proof, unless there was a printer error made that is different than the proof you approved ("printer error" meaning SPELLING error).
- Deposits are not refundable.
-I require my customers that want letterpress invitations to sign a contract. This contract makes it clear that the customer understands the handmade nature of letterpress printing.
-Letterpress printing is handmade in nature. It is a fine art form. You will see changes from piece to piece...possibly in the shade and deepness of the color being printed.
-Laser cutting has it's own unique properties. When things are laser cut (wood, paper, or anything else) there will be charring. This is the nature of laser cutting and cannot be avoided. Refunds and exchanges are NOT accepted for this.
- We cannot guarantee colors or papers will match exactly from one method compared to another (laser cutting to letterpress to digital).
