<SHIPPING SCHEDULE>
-All of our prints are made to order, shipping (7) business days after payment processing-- Etsy's payment processing takes anywhere from 24-48 hours, during business days.
- If you'd like an estimate on speedier delivery like FedEx, UPS, Overnight, Express Mail, to add shipping protection insurance, or need an item for a special occasion, message us before placing and order, and we can make arrangements schedule permitting to accommodate said request.
-Tracking is included with all U.S. orders.
- Shipping rates vary per item, all items have been carefully calculated based on weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates, and include shipping and handling.
- When combined shipping is applied manually, shipping overages will be reimbursed back to your account-- please get in touch if you have made two separate orders and would like them shipped together so we can make the adjustments for you.

<PACKAGING>
-Our 8x10 and 11x14 prints ship flat via a solid rigid mailer, with added double- padding protection and protective plastic sleeve.
-Our 16x20 and 20x30 ship rolled via sturdy mailing tubes, inside protective plastic sleeves.

<USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING>
(COVID-19 Update)
Due to Covid-19, USPS and private mail carriers have noted on their official website, packages are taking longer than expected for sorting, delivery, and further updates in their shipping system-- such as tracking. (7-10 business days non holiday season, 10+ business days during holiday season).

<USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING>
-Average 21+ business days depending on the Country's Customs Department and Postal Service; due to Covid-19 packages are taking longer to be delivered by the shipping carriers.
-If you'd like to ship the item Priority Mail International, or use any other shipping carrier, contact us via email so we can provide a quote prior to.
-Any additional Customs Fees added by your Postal Service or Country's Custom's Dept. are buyer's responsibility.

<MAIL CARRIERS ARE THIRD PARTY ENTITIES>
Mail carriers, such as the United States Postal Service, FedEx, are third party entities, working separately from all Etsy shops, so please do note:
- Once packages are in their hands, unfortunately we have no control on how long processing/delivery takes, nor updates on their tracking system. If you have further questions about such, please get in touch with their Customer Service Dept. (USPS: 1 (800) 275-8777), they are suited to help you with such.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been lost by the USPS, or stolen from your home during shipping/delivery. Insurance is always available to be added, we can provide you with USPS quote if you'd like it added on to your order.
- Please check and update your shipping address prior to purchase: if a package is returned to us by USPS because of incorrect address on account, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fee.

<DAMAGED IN TRANSIT>
Sometimes the roads get bumpy for mail carriers, we package items with the utmost care and protection for those long trips, but on the rare occasion your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via the "Contact Us" form, shoot over the item description, order number, and photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

<EXCHANGES>
In the event that any exchange has been established with the shop, all approved exchanges must be made within 7 days from receiving the item.
