The Canning and Freezing Book! Vintage 1975, hardcover book, in GOOD condition!

Book was published by the Culinary Arts Institute, and book is in overall good condition, however the front page has a brown, semi circular water stain that puckered the first page and a few more after that, then it goes away! Please see picture.

Overall book is in great condition! There are full color photos, black and white illustrations and a thorough index covering the entire fruit and veggie rainbow! I have never canned, pickled or jellied anything but after reading this book I felt such a strong desire to buy the entire Farmer's Market and go to town in my kitchen!
