Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Custom orders are non refundable.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail or stolen property from your delivery site. Please contact your postal service to track and locate a lost parcel.

I am not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses. The address you provide on the Etsy order is the address that will be used.

I'm not responsible for duty fees or other fees incurred from shipping outside of the United States.

If you want a credit the following applies; I accept exchanges on non-custom orders as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery and they are sent back to me within 21 days of your purchase. Once I receive them, in the original good condition, you can pick out any item in my store on your credit. If items sent back are damaged no credit will be given. A tracking number must be included with a return item. You will need to be responsible for shipping them back to me and for the shipping of your credited items. Credited items need to be picked out within 2 weeks of the return or the credit will be void. Downloadables/Printables are non-refundable.

Shipping policies

Items will be shipped within 3-5 weekdays, not including the weekend. Please contact me if you need an item shipped sooner, if I’m able I will gladly try to get your order to you sooner.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not try to print it from the Etsy App. it will not work. Please use the Etsy website to download your product.
