******************MERINO WOOL SWEATER KNIT RANGE****************

A range of loungewear in softest merino wool akin to cashmere, one could sleep in this wool it's so soft. Offered in nine deeply saturated heathered colors.

This textile is produced in house by our knitting machine, we then wash the fabric to "full" it and then it is cut and sewn with sergers and sewing machines. The seams are not traditionally linked which allows us a lot of flexibility in shape and sizing. The weight is as a classic sweater knit, about 300 gsm with each wash having the variation of the wildness of wool.

This fabric is washed to fullness but will continue to shrink if laundered with heat and/or agitation.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Upon receipt of payment your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days or crafted within the promised time frame, see the announcements on the front page for current turn around times but usually 1-2 weeks. Please allow an extra 3-4 days for delivery in the USA and 2-3 weeks internationally.

I appreciate your patience with the process of having your order produced, I know it is chosen to wear or give at a certain occasion and time is always of the essence. I typically do not accept rush orders because it would mean pushing others orders back but occasionally when we are working on samples I can do it.

Your order will stay in que in the order it was received, on the Monday after your order it will be sorted with the others from the previous week based on both date and color. I cut about fifteen pieces every day including lots of samples, some of the pieces are assembled by me and the others by my seamstress Bhumi, I organize the cutting by the date it was received and by color.

Over the year the average turn around time is 10 days but during peak seasons or for orders with more than one color it will be more like 14 days.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Due to the made to order and intimate nature of the clothing in this shop I have strict and limited return policies. We all understand that sometimes even when the right size is ordered the fit, color or textile can be other than expected and we also understand that when something is made to order especially in a color other than what is shown in the image or in petite and tall lengths the item is difficult to sell again. The orders we produce are not inventory that we hold waiting to be tried on and sold as a regular retailer, this allows us to offer a wide variety of colors, lengths and styles but makes returns a particular challenge. Please respect my return policies.

Panties and sets with panties are final sale items, no exceptions.

Custom sized order such as half size or split size are final sale items.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to anything made to order.

Returns that are posted back after one week of receipt will be subject to a 20-50% restocking fee in the event the item was held for a gift occasion or received when on vacation etc.

Returns with any odors or stains of moisturizer, perfume, smoke etc will be rejected and sent back to the customer

Shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer

Returns must be posted back within one week of delivery in the original unworn and unlaundered condition with an RA# inside the package. I can not in good conscience resell an item that has been in another customers possession for more than one week even if it stayed in the box.

Returns will take 1-3 weeks to process

We can do one simple exchange for the same item in a different size or color (if available). We can not exchange for another item but a repeat customer coupon can be used to offset the cost of exchanging for another style. We can not offer exchanges for international orders due to the extra shipping charges.

USA EXPRESS: We will ship your order within the promised production time frame (usually 1-2 weeks) using USPS express shipping 1-2 days with a signature.

CANADA: parcel post with confirmation and tracking 10-20 days

International: USPS parcel post with confirmation only (no tracking) 10-20 business days. Orders over about $250.00 will be shipped priority post (5-10 days) *with* tracking.

International customers please note that your package has to clear customs in your country which can create a delay in delivery and may be subject to duty charges that are your responsibility to pay.

I use the United States Postal Service to ship all of the packages, they are usually dropped off at the station the day after the label is printed because of limited hours at my local station. Orders within the USA will be shipped priority post and take 1-3 days to arrive. International orders are different.

International: There is tracking to Canada which takes 2-3 weeks but no tracking to any other country unless it is sent priority. If an order does not include tracking you can expect to receive it in 2-3 weeks, occasionally if it doesn’t show up it will usually end up back with me after 3 months with an undeliverable address.

We can not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are scanned as delivered so please request a signature if you do not have a secure address.

Often I will be able to make top and bottom different sizes or accommodate different cup size to body size. I try to design garments that will shift with your body and fit a variety of body types and sizes to fit my mail order business.
