Items will ship on the "Ready to ship by" date provided when order is placed. Item should be expected by last "estimated" day of delivery as communicated by Etsy based on your delivery zipcode and shipping speed chosen. Delivery days are estimates subject to actual delivery by USPS.

Each round of changes, extra time needed for approval, or a qty of more than 1 listing will add 1 or more days to production; ship by date will be adjusted.

Orders will not be refunded if shipped on time but delivered late. Only USPS Express is a guaranteed day delivery and it is not offered at this time. All other days are estimates. Delivery delays do happen - please plan accordingly.

Updating address/shipping speed is not possible once order is placed.

Each listing comes with a detailed description of what is included. I will gladly customize a listing for you to include a box, an extra insert, or a larger quantity - just please let me know in detail what you need before ordering and I will let you know if possible.

Extras are not included- please do not ask for an image to be added to a scroll, a box to be provided instead of a tube, a brooch to be added if not already part of the listing. Please inquire about all extras before ordering. Once the order is placed, it cannot be altered, only canceled.

Each customizable listing includes a digital proof and one/two round(s) of changes, unless otherwise specified. Any additional rounds of edits would be at an additional cost.

It is against the law to commercially print copyright protected material without owner's permission. Scrolls are not priced to include researching whether wording sent is in the public domain, has expired copyright, active copyright, or to ascertain if a "Celtic blessing", Irish song, prayer or Biblical quote is printable. The custom printed scrolls I sell are strictly for personal messages only. Orders for any scrolls with questionable copyright protection will be canceled. Please contact me before placing any orders for wording you did not fully author.

I do not offer to customize my existing listings with additional artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

It is not possible for me to guarantee a date of arrival since I am not responsible for extra rounds of edits requested, delays in providing info or approval, observed holidays, or delivery delays by carrier. So please do not ask me to guarantee delivery.

Ready to ship by dates cannot be shortened to meet a tighter deadline. I do not offer to rush last minute orders, or guarantee a delivery date before last estimated date as provided by Etsy. Delays do happen. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Please do not ask me to rush your order free of charge, then criticize me for lack of "kindness" or "customer service" if I do not. If the Etsy provided last day of delivery does not work for you, please don't order.

Please follow customization instructions in description. Retyping handwritten text, completing info, proofreading, removing text that should not be printed, changing all caps to lower case, removing extra spaces and/or tabs is NOT included. I only format the wording -size text to fit, align it, and apply color/font styles. All customization info including font/color choices should be separate from wording to be printed.
Formatting considerably more complex than the sample pictured is not included in pricing.
Please send complete and final wording as text I can copy/paste in a single Message or note. Attachments will not be opened.

I will not print obscenity, racist, discriminatory or derogatory messages. No exceptions.

Customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Not accepting delivery/having an item returned to sender is considered an unauthorized return - no refund will be issued. If you are not around for delivery or have issues with delivery please contact your local USPS/UPS before contacting me. If wrong address was used please try to "intercept" while en route. Once it is returned, expect to pay to reship.

I'd be happy to set-up a custom listing for a quantity I do not have listed. Invitations have a minimum of 10 except for large boxed invitations which have a minimum of 25. Invitation sets are sold in increments of 5. A listing created just for you will be listed for one week after your request, after which it will be deactivated - please only request the listing if you are ready to order within a couple of days. Due to current material shortages, shipping delays and frequent price increases, estimates provided for quantity pricing will be guaranteed for 1 month only, after which they are subject to price changes and/or availability of materials. Once an order is placed, it cannot be held for more than 2 weeks beyond scheduled ship by date.

Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your wording must be changed please do so before layout is approved by you. Once the layout is approved, it is not possible to change the wording or cancel production. If no approval is provided/there is no communication, your order will be shipped with the layout as sent to you for approval. Refund will not be offered.

If the item arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and submit a complaint with USPS. For all other damages I will need a signed affidavit and the item sent back. I will not issue a refund but I will exchange the damaged item.

Your item will be remade if I make a mistake - please let me know right away so I can correct it promptly.

My listings are priced to include what is detailed in the description. Please do not ask for extras. If you do need something different, please ask before placing the order, so I can consider your request, point you to a different listing, or set up a new listing accordingly - without the added work of having to cancel an order and issue a refund because I am unable to offer what you request.

Because Etsy has changed its policies on protecting sellers with orders totaling above $250, regardless if it is a delivery delay due to shipper, customer providing wrong address, item arriving damaged, or any other issues that are clearly not the seller's fault, I no longer offer the option to place orders that would total over $250, with shipping and taxes added (Etsy collects taxes, but it still counts towards total). If you need more than what I have listed, please contact me to renew the listing, and place multiple orders. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Etsy on this policy.
