Yes! I would love to customize your perfect creation! Send me a message so I can be your one stop shop!

Please make sure to look at the processing time reflected on each listing before purchasing to ensure you will receive your item on time. Please remember these times do not include weekends or Holidays.
Please do NOT leave in the notes the date you need something by unless you have FIRST messaged me to see if I can accommodate your request.
If you leave a note with a need by date without contacting me prior to your purchase there is no guarantee your order will be sent out before the set ship by date. I do not always see notes until I'm about to work on an order and I work on them in the order they are received unless a rush order is purchased for an additional fee. There are no cancellations due to not looking at the processing time.

Production times vary depending on our stock and supply and how many open orders I have at a given time. Each listing will set an example of how long I need to create and ship out an item. This is approximate. Sometimes they may be shipped earlier or delayed due to high volume. I try to get each and every order out ASAP but please keep in mind I am a small business. Each item is made to order and I'm a single Mama who handles each and every one of those orders. Need me to rush your order or need it by a particular date? Please message me to see if I can accommodate your request.

Due to the nature of my products, there will be no returns/exchanges on items unless there was a mistake/error on my end or your product was received damaged upon delivery. If you have any issues with your order please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so I can see how we can resolve the issue.

Each purchase will come with a tracking number after the order is marked as shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking Information to appear. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. The address on your Etsy account is where the item will be shipped. Please make sure this information is accurate before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Due to variations of monitors and screens, actual colors may slightly vary. I do my best to show true colors of an item.

All designs are placed by hand, so placement may vary from item to item.

Some items may contain small parts. As I do my best to make sure everything is securely attached, young children should not be left unattended while wearing these items.

All items are made in a smoke-free/ pet free home.

No cancellations will be accepted on any orders. Please make sure to look at the production time on each listing. After the item is shipped it then takes about 3-5 days to receive in the US. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you need your item in a hurry we have a rush order listing available, it is $15. You can add it to your order to have the production rushed. This does not include priority shipping. I will have your order sent out within 3 business days. Please send me a message if you have any questions or concerns regarding a rush order.
