I am available online Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST and regularly respond to messages within 1-2 hours during these times. I am also available on weekends and in the evenings, but response time may be longer.

I love doing custom work! It is my specialty and I enjoy creating to meet your needs. I can customize most text on any of my printed products; I can create custom quantities to meet the size of your event; I can even create a card or game completely from scratch for you! I understand the need for rush orders, and I will certainly try my best to accommodate you. Please message me before purchasing to ensure that I will be able to fulfill your order on short notice. For rush orders that need to be received in less than a week, there may be a rush order fee applied. Priority Mail and Express Mail options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

Different products have different processing and production times. Most products are made-to-order in 1-5 business days. Custom or personalized items ship in 3-5 business days. Some large, custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to complete. Processing times are listing on each product page under "shipping & policies". Business days are Monday - Friday. Please contact me with any questions!

Cancellations of non-personalized and non-custom items are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your item may already be in production and for this reason, are not eligible for cancellation. All items are specially made-to-order, just for you! Instant downloads are not eligible for returns or cancellations, so please read product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about a product, you are always welcome to message me at any time! Products damaged in the mail are eligible for a swift, free replacement if a photo of the damage is provided.

Orders generally ship within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise noted by the processing time at checkout. For U.S. customers: with standard shipping, your order will arrive in 2-7 days AFTER shipment; for Priority Mail, your order should arrive within 2-3 days AFTER shipment; for Express Mail, your order will arrive within 1-2 days AFTER shipment. International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive after shipping (varies by country). Please message me any time with questions - I am happy to assist!
