Most of our jewelry is handmade using 14kt gold fill, rose gold fill & fine sterling silver chains, clasps and components.

14k gold fill is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, won't chip or flake and is tarnish resistant.

Our jewelry wears extremely well. With proper care it can last a lifetime.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish, there's no way around that, but it can easily be polished back to its original shine very easily.

We have some vermeil pieces (sterling silver heavily dipped in 14k gold). Each listing lists the materials used.

We are currently on a 1-2 day production time before shipping your order, but some custom pieces may take longer. Please message us if you have any questions.
Yes! Every piece is made to order and leaves our studio in perfect condition. In case it arrives with any defects we offer a 30 day warranty on our chains & clasps for defects. Convo us right away if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp so we can fix the problem.

If your necklace ever breaks due to reasons beyond our control (toddler yanked it, it caught on something), or any item after 30 days we will be happy to replace your chain for a small fee + $4 reship fee.

If you ordered the wrong length we will be happy to adjust your chain for a small fee so its the perfect fit! You will be responsible for a $4 reship + a new length fee.
We are happy to do returns/exchanges on non-personalized jewelry.

No returns or exchanges on engraved items.

Due to sanitary reasons we don't accept earrings for returns but may do exchanges on a case by case basis.

Jewelry must be returned to us in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Buyer is responsible for the returning the item to us. Since each item is handmade, there is a $4 fee on returns to cover shipping and handling. We don't carry stock in our jewelry and each piece is made from scratch. We cut each chain, add each clasp, and wire-wrap by hand.

Exchanges charged a $4 reship fee.

All of our jewelry comes beautifully packaged in our custom blush pink shipping box, a white linen jewelry bag and jewelry care instructions.
Your item will ship in 1-2 business days. Holidays will affect these times. Check our shop announcement for current times.

• We ship packages Monday- Friday.
• We do not ship on holidays where the USPS is closed.
• We ship with tracking. If a package shows scanned as delivered and you didnt receive it, convo us as we will try to help you locate the package.
• We do not ship replacements for items that are scanned as delivered by the usps.
We ship via USPS first class international. Most packages arrive within 7-14 business days. Once in a while a package can take much longer, however this is very rare and out of our control.

You will receive tracking the you can track while your package is in the USA. Once your packages leaves the USA you will not be able to track it until it is scanned by your customs.

Once your package leaves the USA we can't contact your countries customs/postal company.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package does not arrive you can call your local postal service to inquire about your package. Packages are frequently held up at customs and this is completely out of our control.

Please know your country’s custom fees and practices. Information and prices vary from country to country, and we have no way of knowing what they are outside of the U.S. This is especially true for the UK and all of Europe. Once your order leaves the United States, we no longer have control so please know your country’s policies and duty fees before ordering. Customs processing times are unpredictable.
