Description

Each bookmark is finished off with a silky tassel. Bookmark measures 6.75” x 2.25” without tassel and 10” x 2.25” with tassel.

Returns & exchanges

All communication regarding purchases, returns, refunds, or the like must be made in the form of Etsy convo. No email communication will be answered if there is already a Buyer/Seller relationship in place. Thank you in advance for understanding that this is for the protection of both the buyer, as well as the seller.

We regret to be unable to accept returns on custom orders unless there is a defect found with the item. Contact must be made to Enchanted Playground within 48 hours from the delivery of the order if a return/adjustment is to be made.

Standard listed items may be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item. Please convo us within 48 hours from receipt of the item to let us know if you need to return an item. We will need what the reason for the return is and if you would like an exchange or refund.

Enchanted Playground must receive the item 3-7 business days from the time a refund was requested. Once the item is received on our end, we will issue a refund. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be received in original, unused, re-sell-able condition. This includes being free from stains, pet hair, cigarette smoke smell, or any other detail that would deem the item not sell-able upon its return.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and these fees will not be refunded.

AFO and P.O. Box Policies:

Enchanted Playground is unable to ship to AFO and P.O. Box addresses.

International Buyers:

Currently, Enchanted Playground only ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Rates and Insurance:

Enchanted Playground uses Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping for most products in the store. This service includes tracking and up to $50 insurance. Once the tracking information is complete with USPS.com, Enchanted Playground is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of the package.

Once the package has been marked "delivered" by the United States Postal Service, it is out of our control. Additional insurance can be purchased and must be requested to protect your purchase (this includes Free Shipping orders). These "shipping upgrades" are handled on a case-by-case basis and there is no "standard" for these upgrades. Please convo us for additional shipping insurance information BEFORE making a purchase.
