We can add text or alter any of our design to a certain extent. Please contact me first to make sure it can be done :) please note there may be additional cost for customized items.

We can also print our designs on other products such as different types of t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, phone cases, tote bags, large 15oz mugs, laptop cases, pillows, etc just ask and I'll be more than happy to help !

As all our products are made to order by our print partners we currently do not offer returns, exchanges and cancellations, but please do get in touch if you received faulty / broken / incorrect item.

If you wish to cancel or change your order - please contact me as soon as possible as once our print partner has started working on your order, it can't be cancelled or changed.

Please note that Shipping times shown are estimates of when the item leaves our place. They are not estimates of when it will arrive at the destination.

If you have provided us with incorrect delivery address and the parcel gets returned to us, we will need to charge you shipping cost for re-delivery.

If you need your item for Christmas we recommend placing your order by December 5th. Orders placed after this date may or may not arrive before Christmas.

As all our products are made and shipped by the print shop, please send us a photo of the incorrect item so we can show it to them and have them send you the correct one.

Unfortunately we can't as all our products are made and shipped by the print shop, and they are unable to do this for us at this stage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inefficiency and errors by postal services / delivery agents as it is not within our control.
