Circa 1950s-1960s. Great condition. Manufacturer unknown. Rust resistant. Feels like rayon or silk.
5" length, 1 1/2" width.

The gentleman who wears the bow tie:
Frank Herbert Muir (February 5, 1920-January 2, 1998) was an English comedy writer, radio and television personality, and raconteur. His writing and performing partnership with Denis Norden endured for most of their careers. Together they wrote BBC radio's Take It From Here for over 10 years. Both men dressed their best even behind the camera, Norden in a tie, Muir always adorned with bow tie.
