As per current legislation, the right of withdrawal / return does not apply to distance contracts for the following reasons:

- service contracts after the complete provision of the service if the execution began with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the artist / craftsman;

- the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods, as are the products of the Baby Creatures store;

- the supply of sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery such as Real Mommy;


Please read carefully the description of the articles and ask questions before buying. People often buy my sculptures in the Pet Sculpture category believing that they are real animals. You can not buy the sculpture of an animal and then ask for the recession by saying "But I wanted a real animal".
