Yes! I love working on custom orders to make your vision come to life! Send me a message and we can discuss the project. For Signs - Be sure to check out our 'Custom Sign Listing' for more information. I do not do mock ups prior to purchasing the custom listing. This is because custom items require more time.

Carolina Made LLC reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of Carolina Made, LLC and cannot be used without our permission.

I'm buying as a gift. Can I leave a note for the person?

Yes!! We will gladly include a gift note with your order for the recipient! Please include what you'd like it to say in the note at checkout. Make sure to change the address to the recipients address BEFORE you checkout. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

Are the plates glass or ceramic?

No — our plates are made from high-quality, durable medical grade polymer (plastic), not glass or ceramic. This material is lightweight and safe for children to handle. Each design is professionally printed directly onto the plate and sealed with a satin finish that gives a smooth, protective coating over the artwork.

Do you accept cancelations?

Yes as item can be canceled IF it has not been sent to production or printed. Once it's sent to production or printed, orders can not be canceled or changed. Returns are not accepted.

HOW TO ORDER:
➤ Select your desired frame stain color & size from the drop down menus.
➤ In the personalization box include the following:
1) Wording you want on the sign.
2) Your font choice (Font list in photos)
3) Font color (Colors shown in photos)
4) Background Choice (No longer an extra cost!) If no background choice is noted, it will be made with solid white.
➤ **Mock ups will be sent to you *once we begin working on your order.* Please make sure to have your notifications turned on to receive messages so that you don't miss it!
