Items that have not been opened may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns, unless they are being returned for damages claimed to UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. There is a 15% restock fee charged on PREORDERS because our order is based on your order and we have to pay for items that have been ordered.
If you have a defective item (such as a Cricut cartridge) please return that item to Provocraft pr other manufacturer for exchange or refund. You must pay for all Return shipping. There are NO returns accepted on OPENED Cricut cartridges or on Die Cutting Machines.
