I will accept returns if the buyer contacts me within 3 days of delivery and makes arrangements to return the item within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. I try to ship all US orders within 24 hours after payment via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and all jewelry over $50 has shipping insurance included. Usually, your item will be delivered within 3-5 days, however this depends upon the post office. If you need a rush delivery please contact me for Priority Mail upgrade. I hand deliver all items to the post office. Once an item is shipped it is out of my control and I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note the shipping rates not only cover shipping and insurance but also the handling of your treasure. I make sure all items are securely packaged in a padded envelope. Sometimes I use recycled papers and materials, but rest assured that each jewelry piece is carefully wrapped and comes enclosed in a pretty gift box ready for gift giving. All other items will be securely packed but not gift wrapped unless requested.
Please understand I work a full time demanding job and sometimes circumstances arise where delivery may be delayed. If this happens, I will promptly notify you.
