This figurine is made by the same company that made the vintage street vendor I have listed

It's made of the same strong durable material, maybe acrylic

It's of a blonde haired, blue eyed boy in his traditional Scottish kilt playing the bagpipes. Very detailed, the plaid markings and colors are in the kilt and he's wearing a matching tam. The buttons on the shirt are displayed nicely as well as the detail in the bagpipes.

He's standing on a small slab of marble and this figurine has the name of the artist "simon" and Depose, Italy as the origination point.

It measures 5 1/2"
