Can I cancel or change my existing order?

Please double-check your size, color, personalization, and shipping information before placing your order. 😊 Because every order is handmade from scratch and enters production immediately, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed. This includes: ✔ Personalization changes ✔ Size or color changes ✔ Address changes ✔ Order cancellations Even if you message right away, Customer Service is not monitored in real time, and your order is often already drafted or in production before your message is seen.

Where do I find the sizing and dimensions for an item?

Each listing includes a detailed size and dimension breakdown in the Item Description (sometimes labeled "Learn more about this item" depending on your version of the Etsy app). ✔ Select the Size drop-down menu to view all available sizes. As you select each size, the current sale price will automatically update at the top of the listing. ✔ Be sure to read the accompanying layout notes, as many listings include additional sizing information and other helpful at-a-glance details specific to that design.

What are the tiny marks on my item?

The small marks you may notice are called hanging marks. They are a normal part of the powder coating process, where each item must be suspended while the finish is applied. ✔ We touch up as many hanging marks as possible before shipping. ✔ If you notice one, simply reseal the spot as soon as possible using a Rust-Oleum®-type clear coat (applied with a small brush or Q-tip) or matching/clear enamel nail polish to help prevent rust. 🪴 For additional care tips, please see the Care & Maintenance section in the item description.

Do I need to clear coat my item for outdoor use?

Our powder-coated finishes are weather resistant and designed for normal outdoor use. 😊 Like patio furniture, however, all outdoor finishes will naturally weather over time. ✔ For most outdoor installations: A Rust-Oleum®-type clear coat is recommended every few years to help extend the life of the finish. ✔ For harsh environments: A clear coat is strongly recommended if your sign will be: • Within 75 miles of a coastal body of water. • Exposed to prolonged, intense direct sunlight (desert climates). ✔ Long-term care: If you notice signs of weathering over time, simply reapply the clear coat to help maintain the finish. These recommendations come directly from our powder coat manufacturer and can greatly extend the life of your finish.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Please double-check your size, color, personalization, and shipping information before placing your order. 😊 Because every item is handmade from scratch just for you, all sales are final. ✔ Every order is made specifically for the customer who ordered it, and many are personalized. ✔ We never resell or reship another customer's returned custom sign. ✔ Returns and exchanges are not accepted. That said, if there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out. We'll always do our best to help!

Do metal art items come with mounting brackets or hardware?

Most of our wall-mounted items come with pre-drilled mounting holes sized for #6 screws (please check the item description to confirm for a specific design). ✔ Our signs are designed to: • Mount flush using screws. • Accommodate nylon standoff spacers for a "floating" mount. • Accommodate small vinyl siding hooks. ✘ Our signs do not include: • Welded brackets. • Mounting hardware. This allows customers to choose the hardware best suited for their surface (wood, masonry, siding, etc.) while helping us keep prices competitive. Mounting hole placement varies by the size and shape of each item. Most listing photos show the mounting holes, and customer review photos are also a great way to see how they're typically positioned once installed.

Is your metal art powder coated and what to do if it chips?

📎 All of our items excluding the raw metal options are powder coated. We use a high-grade powder coat finish to color our items. Powder coating provides a beautiful long-lasting finish but like most household items, it will require proper care and maintenance. All items should be handled with care. 📎 If your powder coat chips be sure to IMMEDIATELY touch up the spot with a clear coat sealant to reseal the raw metal underneath to prevent rusting.

My order shows as "Delivered," but I can't find it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows Delivered but you don't see your package, here are a few things to check first: • Look around your porch, garage, bushes, or other concealed areas where the driver may have left it to help protect it from theft. • Check with your neighbors. It's not uncommon for a well-meaning neighbor to bring a package inside for safekeeping or for it to be delivered next door by mistake. • Review the UPS tracking details. UPS often provides a Proof of Delivery, which may include the exact delivery location and, in many cases, a delivery photo. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact UPS directly. They can investigate the delivery and provide additional information if needed. I hope this helps!

Why is there an additional charge for custom design modifications to graphics, text, sizing, or layout?

Great question! Our standard items follow a streamlined production process that helps us keep prices competitive and turnaround times fast. Even a small design change moves the order into our Custom Design Process, which may require us to: 1.) Modify the sign or artwork 2.) Check layout and balance 3.) Confirm structural integrity 4.) Verify it will cut properly 5.) Create design mock-up(s) 6.) Discuss design mod with customer 7.) Make requested revisions and create updated mock-up(s) 8.) Obtain final design approval 9.) Route through custom production 10.) Perform final production checks Because of the additional drafting, communication, and production time involved, custom work is quoted separately from our standard listings.

Can I request a custom size, color, address changes, expedited shipping, or shipping holds through the 'note to seller' box at checkout??

Please don't use the "Note to Seller" or personalization box to ask questions or request changes. 😊 Because our orders enter production immediately, we aren't able to review or respond to requests submitted there after an order is placed. This includes address changes, design modifications, personalization clarifications, shipping holds, and expedited shipping requests. For example, a 36” Sun will fit inside a 36” diameter circle…please see the example of a 36” Wacky Sun from our drafting software in the picture gallery. Most of the visual mass is in the center of the Sun so if you'd like your Sun to 'appear' as large as possible for your space you will want to order 1 size up.
