Please check your receipt for your order's scheduled ready-to-ship date and correct ship-to information. Cottonridge Emporium is not responsible for errors in the ship-to information. Estimated reay-to ship date is defined on each listing. Your order will be scheduled to ship based on the item with the longest lead time, however, I will do my best to ship as soon as possible. If Etsy calculates the Scheduled to Ship date to fall on a USPS holiday your order will ship on the first USPS business day following.

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS to the address on the receipt. Shipping time is determined by USPS/UPS and is beyond my control. If shipping a gift to another address buyer must supply it accurately in note to seller at checkout or via Etsy messages before the item is shipped. First Class or Parcel Post/UPS Ground is used whenever it is less costly than priority services. Shipping upgrades are available on some items at checkout. For upgrades on others or rush requests please contact me via Etsy Messages. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

For multi-item orders that total less than $35, Etsy combines and discounts shipping during the check out using the following process: The item with the highest shipping charge will be charged full USPS cost, any additional items shipped with the same order will use the "with another item" shipping cost. The USPS shipping rates are estimated based on item weight and size with packing and can sometimes be more than actual depending on the number of items in the order. You may request an exact quote prior to purchase for a combined shipping rate by providing your city, state and zip code and order items via Etsy conversation (convo).

Free Shipping
Free shipping means that there is no shipping charged on top of the quoted item price.

Free Shipping Eligible
Free shipping eligible means that there are no shipping charges individual item shipping charges are waived on any order that totals $35 or more(not including sales tax or shipping). If the item is part of an order that totals less than $35 shipping charges will apply as described above.

Cottonridge Emporium insures all domestic orders over $50 and ALL international orders. Domestic orders under $50 may be insured at our discretion or upon your request. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to resolve the issue. Photographs of the damaged item and packing must be supplied upon request, and the item(s) and packaging must be saved for inspection by the delivery company if they require it.
For customers outside the US:
If you are outside the US and wish to purchase an item that has no "Everywhere Else" shipping cost please Etsy messaging for the shipping cost. Please be aware that your country may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties at the time of delivery and that they are your responsibility to pay to your customs agency. These are not in our control and we have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. Marking merchandise items as "gift" to avoid these fees is a crime! I will not do so. For more information, you should contact your local customs agency.

To help offset handling costs I often use clean recycled boxes and packing materials.
