Is personalization free? Yes — personalization is free on every item in my shop. Add a name, date, or birth-month flower in the "Note to seller" box at checkout, or message me after ordering. Where do I add my custom text for my order?

Add it in the "Note to seller" section when you check out. If you forget, just message me — I'll reach out before I start painting.

Can you send my order directly to the gift recipient with a gift note?

Yes, I can. Please write the recipient's address in the shipping section and add the gift note to the 'notes to seller' section. Also I won't include any pricing information.

Yes — mugs are made for hot and cold drinks and are microwave safe. To keep the hand-painted design looking its best, I recommend gentle hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge.

Gift wrapping is currently available in the shop — just select it when ordering.

Cancellation of order

If you need your order be cancel, please contact me within 12 hours. I will cancel and make a refund. If your order is shipped - cancellation is not possible.

How long does an order take, and how fast is shipping?

Each piece is painted to order. Processing usually takes 5 business days, and then it ships. Some designs are already in the USA and arrive in 2–5 days — look for the "Last Minute Gifts" section.
