Perfect for the purple and lavender enthusiast! This necklace of pale and medium tone lavenders and pale blue-violet features an elongated polished cabochon of blue lace agate and Utah Tiffany stone (Bertrandite). Tiffany stone is found on Spor Mountain in the Thomas Range of Utah, and consisits of a fine- grained purple to pale violet fluorite, with swirling patterns of Bertrandite, chalcedony, opal, or quartz. Blue lace agate comes from Namibia and South Africa, and some small deposits in Romania, and is a rare type of agate and silica. I backed these two stones with 24 gauge sterling silver sheet, and surrounded them with a sterling serrated edge bezel. I created the hanger with coils of half round wire large enough for Sarah to run contrasting and coordinating lavender hued beads through. These beads include Chinese Charoite, Sugilite, blue lace agate, purple Lepidolite, cultured pearls, Swarovski crystal, Czech glass, and Chinese glass. There are multiple sterling silver spacers and sterling bead caps to pull out the silver of the centerpiece. The hook and loop clasp is also sterling silver. This necklace is 21 inches in length, and the pendant centerpiece is 3 inches long by 1 1/4 inch wide. This piece will go well with both casual and more formal wear, and will be sure to be an eye catcher!
