Linen dress is best to wash in warm or cold water (not exceeding 40 degrees).
Hand or machine wash is better than dry cleaning.
Bleach is not recommended as it can damage the fabric.
Tips to avoid pilling while washing:
•Wash items inside out
•Use a fabric softener
•Don’t put your dress in the dryer.
Ironing is better while the fabric is still damp.

• Your package will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after cleared payment except for items in stock.
• We will send orders to the address listed on the Etsy account, not the PayPal one. Please convo us if you want us to ship the order to a different address.
• All Items are sent via International registered airmail (Urkpost) from Kyiv, Ukraine.
• In order to expedite delivery and in case of stock availability, the package can be sent from the US warehouse.
• All parcels can be tracked on https://ukrposhta.ua or your national postal service. The Australian and Canadian posts do not provide online tracking for Ukrainian registered airmail.
• We will not be responsible for any delays, payments of import duties and taxes on overseas shipping.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first, and I'll do my best to resolve the issue.
• If you want to return the items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
• Your money will be refunded using PayPal. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• You must use the same postal service by which it was sent to you, I mean International registered airmail with a tracking number.
• A refund will be provided after receiving the item.

• I can't guarantee the delivery by any certain date as it depends on the work of postal and custom services.

• The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking is not working.
• We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.
• While the claim is being processed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
