All items are covered by distance selling regulations, however I cannot accept returns of earrings or other piercing jewellery if the hygiene seal is broken. This does not affect your rights in any other way

I'm more than happy to personalise a product if I can - a name can be added to a mug, colours changed etc. Please feel free to ask if you want something tweeked, if it can be done its not a problem to do it for you.

In 2019 we pledged to decrease our impact on the planet. We have always strived for a zero-waste, low carbon impact business. We have always recycled where we can, and used "leftover" acrylic and findings to create our lucky dip bags. In the last year, the growth of our business has allowed us to take it further by enabling us to invest and bulk buy more eco-friendly packaging to use going forward

All new packaging materials purchased recycled where ever possible, and we have moved to eco cellophane for our hygiene packaging. In house, printing is done on-demand and with as little paper waste as possible. All recyclables are dealt with appropriately.
