First of all, the necklace is stunning! Very unique and definitely something I will treasure. But the greatest part of buying this necklace was the WONDERFUL customer service from Lilian. The US Post lost the first necklace I ordered and refused to do anything helpful - they made the process of trying to find the necklace as confusing and difficult as it possibly could have been. After making countless calls to the Greek post and the US post, Lilian sent me another necklace free of charge and included an extra small gift with a note! She was very accessible throughout the whole process and emailed me updates as she attempted to find the original necklace. I cannot say enough how helpful she was! I am so glad that I chose this item and this seller.
