Custom/Personalized Orders Return Policy-Issue with Order

Each item is a 'custom item', therefore I cannot make returns on personalized items, unless it was my mistake. However, I will do anything to solve the problem

I like an item in the shop, but wish it came in another color or with a slight change in design. Do you make custom orders?

Yes! I love making custom orders and many items in shop can be altered to your preference. Whether its as simple as changing the color of the font, or altering the design to fit the image/idea you have in your head.

Each item has a sizing chart listed under pictures or the size and dimensions are listed under the details section. If you have any questions before ordering or would like to know if I can do a design on a different size, please message me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer gift wrapping as an option for an additional one time fee for all items purchased.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

Items with Heat Transfer Vinyl: Machine wash delicate and tumble or hang dry. Do NOT bleach. Do NOT iron over the vinyl- If you would like to iron item, use a cloth or piece of parchment paper between vinyl and iron.

What happens If there is an issue with delivery from USPS

Once your item is received by USPS, we cannot control delivery. aesquaredcreations is not responsible, nor can be held liable for the following: -Delivery delays caused by USPS -Packages marked as "Delivered" in tracking. Refunds will not be given because of a delay. While we apologize for any inconvenience that the USPS delays may cause- your item shipped within the days stated it would.

It was okay, I didn’t like the personalized portion it was super light as to where you can barely read it compared to the other lettering. I wish it would of all matched. The fabric seems pretty cheap as well.
