Grampy made this box from old wood that once was a painted sign. He re-used 40s yellow green painted wood and pieced together a handy box with 4 drawers.
He used old cotton shoe strings for handles.

On the back, painted in red it says:50 th
From the lettered and painted sign pieces, on the drawers, the random elements show here and there.

Sweet little drawers glide on tiny runners inside. It's glued and nailed with tiny nails.
The edge of the plywood says:
Super Harbord Boat Hull Ext...
Good ol' marine plywood.

The top drawer is 1 1/2" tall, and the other 3 are 2" tall each.
It's 9 1/2" long, and 9 1/2" wide, and about 8" high.
Excellent primitive condition, with scratches, and the patina that time gives.
